By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this TOU. If you do not agree to the terms of this TOU, do not install or use the Software.
The Girema Holdings Limited grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software, subject to the terms of this TOU. The User may install the Software on any devices they own or control.
Restrictions. The User may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. The User may not rent, lease, or lend the Software. The User may not use the Software for any commercial purpose. The User may not use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. The User assumes full responsibility for selecting the Software to achieve their intended results and for the installation, use, and results obtained from the Software.
Limitation of Liability. In no event shall the Girema Holdings Limited be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Girema Holdings Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Term and Termination. This TOU is effective until terminated. The User may terminate this TOU at any time by uninstalling the Software. The Girema Holdings Limited may terminate this TOU if the User breaches any of the terms of this TOU. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease use of the Software.
Governing Law. This TOU shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Girema Holdings Limited is based, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Entire Agreement. This TOU constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Girema Holdings Limited regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them.
Acknowledgment. By installing and using the Software, the User acknowledges that they have read this TOU, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Updates and Upgrades. The Girema Holdings Limited reserves the right to release updates and upgrades to the Software at any time. Support. The Girema Holdings Limited may provide technical support for the Software, but is under no obligation to do so. The Girema Holdings Limited may terminate support for the Software at any time and without notice.

Indemnification. The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Girema Holdings Limited harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the User's use of the Software or any breach of this TOU by the User.
No Waiver. The failure of the Girema Holdings Limited to enforce any provision of this TOU shall not constitute a waiver of any rights under this TOU.
Severability. If any provision of this TOU is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Assignment. The User may not assign or transfer this TOU or any rights or obligations under this TOU without the prior written consent of the Girema Holdings Limited.
